Product details

ZZYP type self operated pressure regulating valve is an actuator product that does not require any external energy and uses the energy of the regulated medium itself to achieve automatic regulation. The biggest feature of this product is that it can work in places without electricity or gas, while saving energy. The pressure setting value can be adjusted freely during operation. With quick opening flow characteristics, sensitive action and good sealing performance, it is widely used in the automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization of various gas, liquid and steam media (used for post valve regulation), or pressure relief and pressure holding (used for pre valve regulation) in various industrial equipment such as petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, food, light textile, machinery manufacturing and residential buildings. The attached condenser can be used at temperatures ≤ 350 ℃.

1. Working principle of automatic pressure regulating valve before regulating valve

The position of the initial valve core of the regulating valve in front of the automatic pressure valve is closed. When the pre valve pressure P1 is throttled by the valve core and seat to become the post valve pressure P2, and P1 is input into the upper diaphragm chamber through the pipeline to act on the diaphragm, the position of the valve core when its force is balanced with the reaction force of the spring determines the opening of the valve, thereby controlling the pre valve pressure. When the pressure P1 in front of the valve increases, the effect of P1 on the diaphragm also increases at any time. At this point, the force on the diaphragm is greater than the reaction force of the set spring, causing the valve core to move away from the valve seat, resulting in an increase in valve opening and a decrease in flow resistance. P1 releases pressure towards the back of the valve until the force on the diaphragm balances with the reaction force of the spring, thereby reducing P1 to the set value. Similarly, when the pre valve pressure P1 decreases, the direction of action is opposite to the above, which is the working principle of pre valve pressure regulation.

2. Working principle of automatic pressure regulating valve after regulating valve

The position of the initial valve core of the rear regulating valve of the automatic pressure valve is open. When the pressure P1 in front of the valve is throttled by the valve core and seat, it becomes the pressure P2 behind the valve. P2 is then input into the upper diaphragm chamber through the pressure pipe and acts on the diaphragm. The position of the valve core when its force is balanced with the reaction force of the spring determines the opening of the valve, thereby controlling the pressure behind the valve. When the pressure P2 behind the valve increases, the force exerted by P2 on the diaphragm also increases at any time. At this point, the force on the diaphragm is greater than the reaction force of the set spring, causing the valve core to close towards the valve seat position, resulting in a decrease in valve opening, an increase in flow resistance, and a decrease in P2 until the force on the diaphragm balances with the reaction force of the spring, thereby reducing P2 to the set value. Similarly, when the pressure P2 behind the valve decreases, the direction of action is opposite to the above, which is the working principle of pressure regulation behind the valve.
